You pay in full when placing your order, and we’ll email you confirmation right away. You can cancel at any point before your order has shipped, for a full refund. We aim to ship pre-orders within six months and will keep you updated if there are delays. Once shipped, our standard Refund and Warranty Policy applies.

Emm's Smart Cup is made from medical-grade silicone and designed for easy care. Simply wash with warm water and mild, fragrance-free soap at the start of each period and after use, making sure to dry fully before storing in the charging case. No boiling required.
Full care instructions are included in the packaging, with step-by-step guidance also available in the app, covering everything from insertion and removal to cleaning.

Emm monitors menstrual and body signals with biosensors for flow and trends, an accelerometer for movement and tilt, and temperature sensors to detect in-body status.
Emm is crafted from inert, body-safe silicone that’s latex-free. Its waterproof, low-friction design requires no boiling for cleaning.
Emm syncs via low-energy Bluetooth only when outside the body, ensuring private data transfer. Compatible with Android 12+ and iOS 15.1+.
Data processing is GDPR-compliant and independently audited.
Emm is designed to last a full period on a single charge. Charge time is 4-8 hours via a USB-C compatible case.
