Emm Appoints Amy Kunrojpanya as Chief Business Officer and Board Director
Strategic leadership appointment marks next phase of growth for women’s health intelligence company

Emm, the health intelligence company pioneering biowearable technology for women, today announced the appointment of Amy Kunrojpanya as Chief Business Officer and Board Director.
Kunrojpanya brings more than 25 years of experience at the center of some of the most consequential growth stories in modern technology. Her career spans leadership roles at Coca-Cola, Google, Uber, and Netflix, where she has consistently helped build and scale category-defining businesses during periods of rapid expansion and transformation.
In her role as Chief Business Officer, Kunrojpanya will partner closely with Founder and CEO Jenny Button to lead Emm’s strategy, partnerships, commercialisation, and international expansion. Her appointment comes at a pivotal moment as the company prepares for its next phase of growth.
Emm has developed the world’s first smart menstrual cup, a medical-grade biowearable that automatically measures flow volume and captures cycle data, providing individuals with personalized, real-time insights into their menstrual health. With Phase One complete, mass production underway, and early research pilots already live, Emm is advancing toward a US consumer launch in 2027, alongside a broader roadmap to build a proprietary female health data platform.
“Amy has been part of the Emm journey as a strategic advisor and early investor, and her contribution in both roles has been invaluable,” said Jenny Button, Founder and CEO of Emm. “She has a rare ability to see around corners — helping us sharpen how we position the company, identify the right partnerships, and sequence our path to market. Formalising that involvement is both a natural and obvious next step. The experience Amy brings is exactly what this stage demands. Having her in the business and on the Board strengthens Emm’s capabilities at a critical moment, and I am thrilled to formally welcome her.”
Kunrojpanya joins Emm as the company accelerates its mission to transform women’s healthcare through data-driven insights and technology. Her experience in scaling global platforms and building high-impact commercial partnerships will play a key role in shaping Emm’s next chapter.
